Curate

Terms of Service

Effective 26 August 2026.

The service

Curate is a research and curation tool for topics in advanced artificial intelligence, operated by Marcus Bearden. It supports gathering research and developing it into written drafts. Access requires an account provisioned by the operator.

Accounts

Accounts are personal and may not be shared. The operator may suspend or remove an account at any time. Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

Content

Account holders retain ownership of the content they create. By using the service they grant the operator the licence needed to store and display that content back to them - nothing more. Content must be lawful, and must not include material the account holder has no right to use.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to attack, probe or overload the site or its infrastructure, to attempt access to another account, or to scrape content belonging to others.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, which is currently nothing.

Changes

These terms may change as the service does; the effective date above moves when they do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
